Job Purpose To plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of Fire System

works (Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm) on site, ensuring all

installations, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings,

method statements, project specifications, and authority

requirements, while managing resources, subcontractors, and

inter-trade coordination to deliver the works safely, on schedule,

within budget, and to the required quality standards up to final

handover.

Key Responsibilities • Shall be well versed with all the NFPA & UAE life safety codes

for the installation of fire systems.

• Always updated with the latest market products related to fire

systems to implement as a part of VE.

• Capable of handling multiple projects & shall be responsible

for the entire project execution and P&L based on the Budget.

• Should have very good knowledge in all fire related systems

(Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, smoke

management systems, Special Systems, Voice Evacuation

System and Public Addressing Systems)

• Obtaining approval for the material submittals, drawings from

the consultant/MC.

• MR needs to be placed as per the requirement at site within

the given time frame.

• Manpower requirements & site execution plans must be

submitted prior to the installation at site/as per the project

schedule

• Responsible for the Installation of fire systems at site as per

the approved design drawings

• Material wastage shall be restricted to less than 1%.

• Attend all the site meetings & shall coordinate with

Client/MC/Consultant & MEP Contractors related to the

execution works.

• Raising inspection for the installation, T&C of fire systems &

obtaining the final approval from the consultant & local

authorities.

• Coordinate with suppliers for the material deliveries & other

related works. Shall be Capable of handling multiple projects.
