Salary Range: AED 18,000 – 20,000
Experience: 10+ Years (Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Projects)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
· Lead, supervise, and coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
· Review project plans, drawings, and specifications; identify risks and propose timely solutions.
· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
· Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and project resources in coordination with relevant departments.
· Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
· Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
· Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
· Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
· Collaborate closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.

· Preferred Experience
· Proven experience managing high-rise residential or commercial towers in the UAE or GCC region.
· Experience working with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
